I went for a walk again across the Kennebacasis River Saturday, in front of my house. Abby, my dog, just loves it. She runs and runs and runs. She’ll go way off so that she’s just a black speck in the distance. She’ll turn around, spot me, and come tearing back full speed, touch me, then take off again. She did this over and over. Even while Abby was way off in the distance, she was still, so to speak,... Read more

Comment on this post and I’ll enter your name in a draw to win my original watercolor painting, 4″x6″, called “Green Field Fence”. The contest ends Sunday night midnight Atlantic Time. Here goes: I’m not sure what’s going on with me. A friend of mine who has a prophetic... Read more

Martin Luther, in his important book Bondage of the Will, wrote: He who glories in God is he who knows for sure that God looks on him with favour, and deigns to regard him kindly, so that what he does is pleasing in God’s sight, and what does not please God is borne with and pardoned. The painting is one of my original watercolors. Read more
