Time for a Name Change?

I’ve been thinking that the Matrix reference in the name of my blog has become rather dated. And so I’m contemplating changing it. Any suggestions for a new name? Should I just call it “James McGrath’s Blog,” or would something else be better?

Silly as well as serious suggestions are welcome.

Of course, I could be wrong – some people are still discovering details of interest in the Matrix.

The actual name doesn’t matter. It’s what you post that matters.

I like the current name. The idea of the “matrix” hits on so many levels not just the movie.

Yeah, i like the current name just fine. Please consider a new host though – I can’t stand Patheos and its computer crashing ads!!

Amen! The ads are becoming more intrusive!

I third that motion! Patheos is one of the worst sites out there, in my experience. It’s simply obnoxious.

    Have you considered:

“The Official Blog of Pope Francis Starring James McGrath”?

In view of multiverse cosmologies, and the fact that there are about as many world views represented here as there are visitors to the site:

(more seriously, I would suggest you keep the title but update the graphic header)

My vote: “Steven Seagal’s Girdle.” Guaranteed to triple your traffic up until the lawsuit.

I didn’t actually make the connection until you said that, and I’m old enough (and then some) to remember when the Matrix was the hot new movie in town. :-)

    “McGrath of God”?

    Probably not.
