Sandhill Crane Migration

Each March and April, half a million Sandhill cranes migrate through a stretch of Nebraska west of our house. Our family sat in a blind at the Rowe Sanctuary last night and watched several thousand of these cranes fly back to roost on the Platte River. Here are a few pictures and a video from the outing.
