My American cousins continue to amaze me. I am glad that Nick has asked the question ‘How Can We Be Christians and Hate All Iraqis?’ but am rather bemused that it needed to be asked by an American Christian at all.

But need to be asked it did! I had planned on staying out of this one, and I wont replicate Nicks post here, but suffice it to say, whilst we understand and share the anger many feel at the latest outrage in Iraq, I wish that we could all show the restaint and wisdom that Nick does in his post.

Jesus came with a higher moral than ‘if he hurts me I will hurt him much, much, much harder back’.
