Am I the only person that thinks a USA terror attack is unlikely before November?

Am I the only one to not quite believe what I hear on this?

Former Prime Minister of Spain, Jose Maria Aznar, spoke at breakfast Friday morning at AEI and predicted three spectacular terrorist events in the near future. First, a major destructive action in the United States before election day on November 2, possibly during the last 72 hours, for massive effect in causing confusion and commotion. Second, a dramatic escalation of action in Iraq leading up to November 2, and again in late December and early January to head off the Iraqi election at the end of January. Third, a spectacular attack in the United Kingdom next May to disrupt the re-election campaign of PM Tony Blair

I suspect that if the goal of Bin Laden was to unseat the governments of Spain, the US and the UK then there is unlikely to be an attack before November. I may well be largely ignorant of the US political scene, but my best guess is that from what I have seen if there was an attack the people would rise up not to depose the leader who took them into action against terrorists and ‘rogue states’ but instead to re-elect him with a massive majority. The American psyche is rather different perhaps to the European. Where the European if attacks asks “what did we do wrong to deserve this and how can we make our opponent feel they don’t want to fight us again” the American simply desires to strike back. So, unless I am very much mistaken we are unlikely to see another major attack anywhere in the western world before November- I sure hope I am right.
