Hugh Hewitt writes another book on Blogs

Hugh Hewitt is one of those rare individuals with a foot both in the “old” world of communications (he is a radio show host) and the “new” of blogging (he is the most well linked blog in the Blogdom of God)

His new book “Blog” sounds great although its going to take me a couple of weeks to get ahold of it. I can heartily recommend it based on the reviews of other bloggers. Hugh describes his belief that blogs really will revolutionise the communication and entertainment industries.

Hugh apparently mentions the Blogdom of God in his book. He has also once again kindly linked to my blog in a post on the impact that blogs are having. As one of the first two high profile bloggers to link to my own blog I owe a lot of whatever popularity this blog has to him. (The second incidently was Joshua Claybourn who now blogs at the new group blog In the Agora.)

Blogging really will herald a revolution, and we are seeing the work of bloggers in discussing the tsunami disaster and providing personalised communication of news to people that traditional media simply cannot do.
