RazorsKiss.net has done us all a massive service by analysing the chrisitan blogospheres rankings at the ecosystem by traffic as well as links. He acknowledges the limitations of the traffic system, but nonetheless the analysis makes for interesting reading if you like that sort of thing.
AS an example of how difficult traffic mapping is, according to my referrers applet listed at the bottom of my site, I get around 2000 referals a day just from google, but TLB thinks I get 400 hits a day. For a while now I havent been sure which to believe, although, to be honest, the thought of either number of people actually reading these witterings amazes me.
I am not sure what razorkiss means by bootstrapping (perhaps this is because I am not American?) but I am glad that we seem to be becoming very good at linking to each other – if Christians are generous people then they should be gernerous with links.
In terms of getting unbeliever visits, I have had limited success in this field but have listed myself on a UK blogs aggregator and NewsNow both of which seem to have sent a few non-christian readers my way, but I am not sure if any of them have stuck around.
So if there are any regular readers out there who are not yet Christians now is your chance to let me know in the comments section of this post.
