Blogotional appears to be doubting the power of preaching to change lives. I have not taken this matter further lately, but intend to do so! All I have time to say right now is that faith is produced by preaching. It is faith that is the foundation not just of our salvation but of our transformation also. Thus to be transformed we need to hear more preaching not so much to take on board propositional truths (although that is important) but rather to produce faith in us.
