The Christian carnival is up and for once I remembered to submit a post. David Warnock lays down a challenge I cannot refuse. Blogotional thinks my Paul question is idle spectulation but is gracious enough to still want to buy me a curry in London in early August. Since even my wife felt the question was perhaps a waste of time I am gracious enough to agree. Dr Jackson thinks my logic is impeccable, but Allthings2all disagrees both with blogotional and me , she argues that Paul would have recognised Jesus on the damascus road. However, she didnt mention that even his closest friends sometimes didnt recognise Jesus when he had risen from the dead and whats more Paul had just been struk blind, so in his shock he might easily not have realised this voice belonged to the man he believed was dead.

My catholic friend, surpassing worth, are thrilled with the new bibles whilst world-of-sven doesnt mention it but does link to the ESV post and rashly admits to disagreeing with almost everything pyromaniac says. I expect though that even he would agree with pyromaniacs condemnation of the BBC for airbrushing out the word terrorist from their news accounts of the London bombs.
