Our author rightly places such importance on the resurrection that he defines a Christian as:“…someone who believes in the physical resurrection of Jesus Christ and lives in light of the implications of that event.” The issue of course, as Adrian concedes, is what precisely are those ‘implications’? And this drives the theme of Raised with Christ – why the resurrection is so important; the ways in which we can be changed by it; the consequences of the resurrection for our thinking and behaviour.
