I wonder if a church ever met in this magnificant building – am I the only one that imagines Paul preaching to 50,000 people here? I guess its a bit far-fetched (esp as he was under house arrest!) but I wonder if any of the other venues we here about were adapted as churches in much the same way we do with our church in the cinema?
