Get involved with movements of those outside your race and religion:
Whether it’s by attending a protest or joining an interfaith group, become more involved with those outside of your religious tradition. An important note is in these situations is to be sure that you are following, not leading. When you’re offering to help others, always keep in mind you’re entering their space. Would-be allies often consciously or unconsciously co-opt spaces according to what they think is best. Instead, be sure to act as a participant in a movement, following the lead of the community you’re trying to support.
