My Strengths Finders Results

Strengths Finder is a book that was released about five years ago, by Gallup. It’s sole purpose is to help people find their strengths, so that they can then focus on their strengths.

So many of us can find ourselves working in a job that requires us to constantly focus in on improving our weaknesses, which those of us who are in these situations or have been, knows and understands how tiring it can be to do something every day, that you’re just not that good at. Gallup is encouraging us instead of focusing and working on our weaknesses, to instead zone in on polishing, refining, and focusing in on our strengths. It’s honestly a fun test that takes about 45 min to complete, it’s worth the 10 or so bucks and the short amount of time. In the end it’s a good confirmation of what most of us already know about ourselves.

My Top 5 Strengths:
