SHOCKING UPDATE: Prosecutors have revealed today that there are other charges against Bean.  One new charge is that Bean provided alcohol and drugs to a 16 year old teenager who later tried to kill himself.  Bean also had sex with this minor going back to 1979.  See the shocking news here. In case you haven’t heard this story because the liberal media has largely spiked it, one of the founders of the leading homosexual lobby group, The Human Rights Campaign,... Read more

Right now I’m sitting in my nice lovely home here in Tennessee and I have two brothers in Christ who are pastors who are sitting in a prison in Sudan, simply because they are Christian pastors, and I have to admit that I am feeling angry.  I’m feeling angry because I’ve found that it almost takes a nuclear bomb to go off in order to get Christians in America to pay attention to Christian persecution. A few weeks ago we... Read more

Today my guest on Bible News Radio was Laurie Cardoza-Moore who is the Founder and President of Proclaiming Justice to the Nations.  PJTN is a Christian pro-Israel organization that is dedicated to using the media to educate Christians concerning their biblical responsibility to support Israel and the Jewish brethren. Laurie discussed with us a little bit about her background coming out of the Catholic Church and then becoming a Christian who learned about the Hebrew roots of her faith.  She... Read more

Today on Bible News Radio we are continuing our weekly bible study in the book of Romans chapter 8.   Today we will be looking at verses 26-39. Here’s the text that offers much hope to Christians who are discouraged and struggling, especially in light of the recent Unconstitutional SCOTUS gay marriage decision. 26In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with... Read more

Yesterday on our Bible News Radio program my husband and I discussed the SCOTUS decision to make homosexual marriage legal in all fifty states in America.  I shared my initial reaction to hearing the news, even though I had already been saying for months that I knew the decision was going to happen.  I’ve seen this coming for years, because the homosexual lobby has a lot of power and a lot of money and while the church has been snoozing... Read more

As sad as it is, after weeks  of being in the news, Josh Duggar remains in the news because there is  now speculation that he’s depressed and has been isolating and that his family is concerned that he may be suicidal.  You can read those reports here and here. When I read those reports I have to say that I wasn’t surprised because to be the focus of worldwide intense media speculation has got to be horrible.  No human should ever... Read more

I have many things on my heart as I have thought about writing what I’m about to share, so before I go any further, I’d like to ask that you don’t shoot the messenger and instead consider what I am sharing, then weigh in with your thoughts. Yesterday the very sad, but not really all that surprising, news broke about the grandson of Billy Graham.  In case you’re not aware Tullian Tchividjian admitted to adultery, after he was confronted... Read more

Local Virginia news outlets  have reported that the suspect  was adopted when he was seven and his parents were drug addicts.  He was a former champion wrestler, he desired to be a Marine,... Read more

Ever since the Josh Duggar story broke and the topic of sexual abuse has been the watercooler topic of discussion my heart has not only been grieved because of how many in the church have handled the topic, but honestly, it’s been triggering for me as I’ve recalled my own sexual abuse at the hands of my great uncle. I was sexually abused from the time I was 5 up until the time I turned 14. At 14 I was... Read more

I’ve been thinking a lot about what to write here for the last few weeks and I have to share something that has been on my mind for more than a few years. About six years ago my husband felt that the Lord was speaking to him about moving us out of California and someplace else. It’s a long story how that came about, but needless to say, after waiting on the Lord for a few years my husband approached... Read more
