Resolve to be kinder.
Resolve to let yourself rest.

Resolve to take care of those things you’ve ignored, and to ignore those things that drain hope, happiness and time. +
Resolve to write letters ad read books.
Resolve to take walks and go on dates with your children.
Resolve to take walks and go on dates with your spouse.
Resolve to take naps.
Resolve to draw, sing, or do something creative that you’ve always wanted to try.
Resolve to work out not because you want to lose weight but because you want to be healthy.
Resolve to not impulse buy not because you want to save money but because you know stuff doesn’t satisfy.
Resolve to pray.
Resolve to call friends.
Resolve to ask for help when you need it.
Resolve to accept help when it is offered.
Resolve to say things that affirm others.
Resolve to consider the truth in negative comments.
Resolve to be coachable in your areas of weakness.
Resolve to be confident in your areas of strength.
Resolve to encourage others.
Resolve to encourage yourself.
Resolve to play games.
Resolve that this 365, to make lists so you get things done.
Resolve to be kind to yourself when it doesn’t happen.
Resolve to be a good friend.
Resolve to live joyfully.
