Be less trendy

David Sessions wrote a kind of State of the CCM Union address over at Patrol. I’m going to cheat and post the last paragraph of this article, but I hope it will make you want to go back and read the whole thing. It’s good:

We persuaded a lot of the Christian world to begin opening its mind about music. But there’s still a lot of work to be done convincing it that the way to reach out is to have something deeper to offer than miracles, pyrotechnics and Twitter.
