NFL denies Cowboys’ request to wear “Arm in Arm” helmet decal to support Dallas police https://t.co/MngcgIac6kpic.twitter.com/2ZuR5XXzKm

This beats all.
Remember when NBA stars LeBron James, Kevin Garnett, Kyrie Irving, Deron William, and Derrick Rose warmed up in black “I Can’t Breathe” T-shirts to show support for Eric Garner’s family after his accidental death? The NBA decided not fine the players for not wearing Adidas, which contractually provides the pre-game warm up clothing for players.
Well, even though that #BlackLivesMatter message made it onto national television on the chests of those players, the NFL has decided NOT to let the Dallas cowboys wear small decals honoring police… even after the horrific, intentional shootings that claimed the lives of five police officers.
This is a horrible double standard. The NFL is sending a message to its fans, loud and clear.
