Claire McCaskill V. Claire McCaskill – why can’t Dems keep their story straight?

“I’ve been on the Armed Services Com for 10 years,” Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill  tweeted.  “No call or meeting w/Russian ambassador. Ever. Ambassadors call members of Foreign Rel Com.”

McCaskill was referring to the Washington Post report that put new Attorney General Jeff Sessions and the ambassador together.  Her harsh words flew all over the internet and got her much acclaim. Then — oops!  — someone looked through her old tweets and found out that she was lying.

Charles C. W. Cooke tweeted, “Claire McCaskill says she’s had ‘no call or meeting w/Russian ambassador. Ever.’ But she tweeted about two. It’s easy to forget.”

Rat bastard.

Politics inside the Beltway is a sewer. People lie, cheat and steal to suit their selfish ends.

The American people are tired of this politics as usual. It’s why I supported Donald Trump, a man who has not been infected with Potomac fever. McCaskill is an example of a creature from the swamp that has to be drained.

It’s not easy to forget.  It’s easy to lie when the national media doesn’t hold you accountable.
