And before you ask: no, I have no idea why the deacons pictured are wearing three different colors. This looks like it might be from the Chrism Mass, so perhaps it is a bit of liturgical whimsy, signifying how the oils will be used through all seasons of the coming year.
Or maybe they just didn’t have three matching sets in the same color.
