A Pacifier Patch?

Have you seen the kind of stuff the pharma companies are coming up with in the US? There is syndrome apparently where people keep moving their legs.. there is a pill for that even! And then there are all sorts of patches and pills for various addictions that we have.. how about a pacifier patch for the kids?
