My Restless Being

My being is restless

scared
longing.
In body it wants to expand
Disembodied, it looks for a home.
Today I felt the unsettled
chaotic
restlessness of it all.

Work is needed
for peace in the being
a stillness
a being of this being
beyond its urge to become
a being that stills
beyond this life
and death.
