Biodiesel demand has risen tremendously. So has the price for Soyabeans – which account for 90% of all biodiesel fuel stock! So what is the solution. A biodiesel fuel company in Dexter, Missouri has started looking at the cheap chicken fat that the next door Tyson Foods sells to the pet food companies! The economics are obvious – soyabean oil: 33 cents a pound; chicken fat: 19 cents a pound!

So, chicken fat will be fuelling not just the people in this country.. but their cars as well!!
