Undertaking a Project

We – those in IT and business – are always on some project or the other. Here is some advice from a Tamil philosopher centuries back! His words could still be used in any Project Management Best Practices guide 🙂

Before undertaking a project, ponder what will be gained,
Lost and ultimately achieved.

There is nothing too difficult for a man who, before he acts,
Deliberates with chosen friends and reflects privately.
