Hello Rumi Tuesday! When you do things from your soul…

I spent this past weekend in a writer’s retreat,
answering a strong call from within
to turn one of my courses into a book.

On the way to the retreat,
traveling with a friend in a rental car,
we found a CD in the car stereo.

No doubt a divinely-orchestrated
message from the Universe,
the CD was Tony Robbins interviewing Wayne Dyer
about how he writes.

The message was to let go of any outcome.
Do not worry about the finished product
or how many will sell
or who will read it.

Just get into the flow and
let the writing come through you.

The same could be said for any
calling that comes from your soul.

It’s human nature to worry about the outcomes,
the how’s and why’s,

but when the soul calls,
we can trust that the flow
will unleash the joy from within,

and the river will lead us
to where we are meant to be.

May the joy flow through you
like a river from your soul.
