Giuliani’s Savage Entourage

Knowing that candidates’ rhetoric doesn’t always match their policies, Josh Marshall and the folks at TalkingPointsMemo.com have looked into Rudy Giuliani’s foreign policy advisors, seeing just whom he surrounds himself with.  What they found is disturbing: these are the guys who were too extremist for even Bush’s team.

They say there is no alternative to war with Iran.  They say American Muslims “need to be watched.”  They say Saddam and Osama were linked.  Yes, one of them actually believes that when a suicide bomber attacks Israel, that bomber’s entire village should be wiped out.  That’s terrorism, pure and simple.

In other words, these guys are true war-mongerers.  They want domination through violence; they are uninterested in peace.  Please, please keep Giuliani out of office.  Our country and our world have suffered enough.
