Time To Help Me Name A Book Again…

With just a matter of weeks before Undiluted is released, you’re about to begin hearing about Undiluted… a lot!

However, in this business, putting out books means you’re always working ahead– which means I’m part-way into writing a book that is going to hit stores in August of 2015. When I first had the original concept, I thought the title was secure. However the more I write the more I feel like I want to get your feedback to make sure I get the title you’ll most connect with.

The original concept was titled “Without A Tribe” and was going to specifically focus on life as a “Christian outsider”. However, the more I got into the “Christian outsider” stuff the more I realized following that trail from start to finish had the potential to be downer. The ultimate direction I decided to take the book in was to have a few chapters on being a Christian outsider, but to let the bulk of the book become the answer to, “but what do we do now?” This allowed me to take the book in a more positive, useful, and constructive direction– instead of “look at us, we’re outsiders” it’s more of “yes, we’re outsiders, but here’s how we can use our experiences to reform American Christianity into a more beautiful expression”.

With this new fine-tuning of direction, I’m not totally sure on the title, so I want your feedback!

The sub-title, regardless of what head title we pick, seems to be settled on “Reclaiming A Better Christianity” (unless you have an amazing idea I connect with).  The remaining question is what head title to go along with that?

Which title do you connect best with? Which one would you be most likely to buy? Is there really cool idea/title/subtitle that I didn’t think of?

My personal thoughts: I personally like “Without a Tribe” and “Kingdom Conspirators”, but I’m open to being convinced on either of the other two choices or a completely new option that you think up.
