A favor for a friend: As you maybe know I go to a Greek Orthodox church… I’m lucky it is a loving open community but… trouble is many Orthodox churches are either more like ethnic clubs or overrun with right wing former evangelicals on a Trump-like homophobic, even racist mission… I have a friend in the Chicago area who asks “Please let me know if your contacts know of any truly loving Orthodox (Greek, Russian or other) churches or missions in Chicago or within an hour’s drive of Chicago. ” I don’t have an answer.
