Liberals can’t get their minds around the fact that Western culture produced democracy in a way Islamic culture won’t in other words there never will be an Arab “Spring” until there is an Arab enlightenment
Conservatives can’t get their minds around the fact that George W Bush destroyed the Middle East
Liberals can’t get their minds around the fact that we are now in World War Three and this time it is a war of religion started by Saudi Wahhabism and that sometimes even nice people have real enemies. The Saudi fools now seem to understand that by paying for the spread of their strict version of Islam they opened the door to ISIS that has now made them a target too! ISIS is even crazier and more violent than Saudi-financed Wahhabism. (ISIS follows a crude sect known as the Kharijites.)
Conservatives can’t get their minds around the fact that if it wasn’t for America attacking Iraq there would be no ISIS
Liberals can’t get their minds around the fact that we needed Saddam Hussein, Muammar Gaddafiand and Bashar al-Assad they were doing us a favor by keeping brutal order
Conservatives can’t get their minds around the fact that American military power is creating wars and that we’ll never “win” another war
Liberals can’t get their minds around the fact that some religions are worse than others and that radical Islam is not an aberration but a norm of all fundamentalism, American evangelicalism included
Conservatives can’t get their minds around the fact that the oil business has sold American security for money, yes, that’s the Koch brothers and the Bush family we’re talking about who empowered the backward Saudi desert tribesmen and their awful loony Wahhabism
Liberals can’t get their minds around the fact that talking won’t solve anything because we are dealing with barbarians with brains that were snapped by religion
Conservatives can’t get their minds around the fact that the world sees us as a bigger threat than the terrorists to global peace and for good reason
Liberals can’t get their minds around the fact that not all cultures or religions are equal
Conservatives can’t get their minds around the fact that they are responsible for undermining President Obama at every turn thus weakening our country at a critical time
Liberals can’t get their minds around the fact that we need a military draft to level the playing field so their sons and daughter serve too and we all pay the price for American freedom– and stupidity, so we’ll stop starting dumb wars
Conservatives can’t get their minds around the fact that we don’t need to have the biggest military on earth and that in fact we’ve invited attacks again and again, that in fact we deserve to be hated and that terror is the logical conclusion of our global overreach (Don’t you believe that? Picture what they’d do in Texas if someone had invaded them the way we did in Iraq. Southern Baptist suicide bombers anyone?)
Liberals can’t get their minds around the fact that religious freedom is not what it’s cracked up to be. Maybe the Chinese Communist Party has the right idea and religion needs to be controlled
Conservatives can’t get their minds around the fact that Jesus is NOT coming back so all the “End Times” BS is just an excuse to NOT deal with the fact that America has fucked up the planet!
Conclusion
The Saudis have been the source of all global radical Islam. They are our enemy. Deal with it.
Our uncritical support for Israel is costing us our security and will also destroy Israel. We need to force a two-state peace on Israel or abandon them. Deal With it.
As the Middle East falls into the grip of Islamic extremist terror unleashed by ISIS the folly of attacking Iraq is clear. What Bush set in motion, when lashing out at a country that had nothing to do with 9/11, will soon make 9/11 look trivial.
Bin Laden only had AK-47s and a 19 idiots who learned to fly a plane.
ISIS have tanks.
Bin Laden hid in caves.
ISIS has whole swaths of huge countries falling to them.
Al Qaeda knocked down a few office towers in New York.
ISIS is establishing a world-threatening caliphate from the Mediterranean to the Indian border… and maybe beyond. They also have supporters in nuclear-armed Pakistan. They also will send radicalized Americans back ready to kill us here.
Because of Bush and the USA the Middle East, from Gaza to Islamabad, is in flames.
Chaos reigns from Tripoli to the Chinese/Pakistan border. It was a mess before Bush started his wars– now it’s a cataclysm.
And…
Evangelical, born-again Bush did what over 1,000 years of Islamic domination of the Middle East failed to do: utterly destroy the vibrant Christian communities of Syria and Iraq. Where there were millions of Christians, monasteries and churches now there are nothing but burnt buildings, dead and fleeing men and women, and beheaded corpses.
Deal with it.
