The strange reason why “The View” pundit blamed the Bible for Hillary’s political woes

Hillary Clinton is one of the least trusted politicians in America. Even many people who say they would vote for her say they don’t trust her.

But Raven-Symoné has an interesting theory on why this distrust has evolved.  On The View, she explained that people distrust Hillary Clinton because… wait for it… The Bible.

Her line of reasoning occurred during a recent episode of “The View,” in which the panel discussed why the public doesn’t trust Clinton:

“I have a problem with everybody still saying that she’s untrustworthy.

“I feel like there’s this stigma since the beginning of [the] human race that a woman is untrustworthy.

“It starts in the Bible.”

The other panelists tried to bring the conversation back to Hillary Clinton’s enduring email scandal, and her possible indictment.

Of course, she didn’t cite a single verse, because the Bible doesn’t say women are untrustworthy.  (Sure, there are untrustworthy women in the Bible… but there are also untrustworthy men. In fact the entire message from beginning to end revolves around all humans being untrustworthy and all of us needing God.)

Here’s a refresher for those who haven’t been paying attention.

Hillary’s untrustworthy because she probably broke multiple laws. If she was anyone else, including war hero General Petraeus, she would be facing federal crimes already; she’s untrustworthy because she attacked and discredited the sexual assault victims of her husband; she’s untrustworthy because her only political principle revolves around how much power she can grab and who she needs to step on to grab it.

The American people know the dozens of reasons why Hillary Clinton isn’t trustworthy.  If Raven really cared about our national security, corruption in politics, and protecting sexual assault victims, she’d stop guessing about what she thinks is in the Bible and start speaking out… against Hillary.
