5. Miss America 1982

Just after Elizabeth Ward was crowned Miss Arkansas, Gov. Clinton forced her to have sex with him. She told friends that it was rough sex and that Bill bit her lips (see #2 Juanita Broaddrick). Ward was crowned Miss America that same year in 1982.

A decade later, she changed her story and said publicly that the sex was consensual. However, her closest friends are not convinced.

There were two other beauty queens around that time who had alleged sexual encounters with Clinton: Miss Arkansas 1980, Lencola Sullivan (neither confirmed nor denied) and Miss Arkansas 1958, Sally Perdue.

Perdue says she was threatened to stay quiet about the affair by several members of the Democratic Party. She said, “They knew that I went jogging by myself and he couldn’t guarantee what would happen to my pretty little legs.”
