This is actually very disturbing.
At first, I thought it would be a lot of technical glitches, but in one case the host actually explained that a black Donald Trump supporter didn’t deserve to be heard. The Trump supporter explained that he and a white Republican had become friends at the rally and that Americans need to rise above the racial animosity.
“We have chosen to cut off that microphone,” the host explained, cutting the pair off.
In another, Don Lemon gets fed up with a guest speaking about Bill Clinton’s sexual improprieties, cuts the sound, and says “We’re done.”
Anyone who cares about the “marketplace of ideas” and truth should be alarmed by these ten minutes:
