“Please re-elect Gerald” campaign ad is a sweet reminder of the way politicians should be

Apparently, in Texas, there’s a man named Gerald Daugherty who is running for re-election for the Travis County Commission.

I don’t know what this man’s party affiliation is, or how he feels about various road problems in his county…  But I do know that this is a sweet and funny campaign ad that works.

In 2016, we need more Gerald.
