Debate post-mortem

So, what’s your verdict on last night’s debate?  Any winners or losers?  Do you find your allegiances shifting?  Is Cruz stealing some of Trump’s thunder?  Who do you think is emerging as the mainstream Republican candidate?

UPDATE:  I had said that last night’s debate would be the last before the voting starts, but that was wrong.  There will be another debate on January 28, just before the Iowa caucuses on February 1.

ALSO, the Democratic presidential candidates will have a debate on Sunday.  I don’t think I’ll liveblog that one, but we can discuss it on Monday.
