Franklin Graham launched the Tar Heel State Tour leg of his 2019 Decision America Tour October 1 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The two-week tour will go to Greenville (October 2), Wilmington (October 5), Raleigh (October 6), Greensboro (October 9), Hickory (October 10), Charlotte (October 12) and Asheville (October 13). City of Austin sued over using taxpayer money to fund abortion access

Ten days after a new law went into effect prohibiting taxpayer dollars from funding abortion facilities, the Austin City Council voted to direct $150,000 of next year’s budget to fund abortion access.
