2 Chronicles 4: More Than Enough

2 Chronicles 4: More Than Enough 2013-06-10T11:28:06-04:00

“All the objects that Huram-Abi made for King Solomon for the temple of the Lord were of polished bronze. 17 The king had them cast in clay molds in the plain of the Jordan between Sukkoth and Zarethan. 18 All these things that Solomon made amounted to so much that the weight of the bronze could not be calculated.” -2 Chronicles 4:16-18

God provided for every detail of the temple. In fact, it was more than enough. The items made of bronze included so much material that they could not be counted.

We often operate from a scarcity mentality. We wonderifwe will have enough and worry about running out, whether the item is food, money, or something else. Yet God specializes in abundance. He can provide what we need plus more. The Lord operates as both Creator and Sustainer.

Today, seek to focus on God’s abundance rather than our human limitations. We’ll find that he often surprises us with even more than enough.
