100 Days!

100 Days!

Many elementary school classrooms celebrate the 100th day of school.  So did we.

In addition to our normally scheduled naturalist class, we added a few extras:

  1. We did a 100-piece puzzle.
  2. We traded ten ones for a ten, and then ten tens for a hundred on our Days in School pocket chart.
  3. We invited friends to join us for pizza and an ice cream cake, which had 100 candles on it (sort of – it’s not easy to get 100 candles on a cake).
  4. We made a list of 100 Things We LOVE about homeschool.

I can’t believe we did it.  I can’t believe how much fun we had today.  And I can’t believe how happy I am we decided to homeschool this year.
