Achieve without limit

Your limiting beliefs are holding you back. Their power comes largely from their stealth. They hide in your subconscious, reminding you again and again that you cannot do this or that, when in truth you really can. Though you may not even consciously think about those limiting beliefs, they greatly affect your thoughts and actions nonetheless.

To get beyond your limiting beliefs, get them out in the open. Coax them out by focusing on a particular goal.  Then, turn them around. Transform them into empowering beliefs. Pull the limiting beliefs out of the back of your mind, where they sit comfortably waiting to shoot down every ambitious impulse. Bring them to the front of your mind where you can see them as the deceptions that they are.

Your limiting beliefs have become so familiar that you don’t even think about them. Yet thinking about them is what you must do to get beyond them. Think about them long enough to realize that they’re nothing more than constructions of your mind, automatic reactions that were programmed into your subconscious a long time ago. Think about them long enough to turn them around into positive, empowering patterns that push you forward.

For example, if your goal is to increase your income, write it down with a specific amount. Then read it to yourself. As soon as you do, a limiting belief will come to mind. Put that in writing too. It’s probably something like, “I’ve never made that much money. How could I possibly do it?”

So there it is, right out in the open—your limiting belief. You’ve got it where you want it, exposed, vulnerable and ready to be nullified. Consider that it is really not even a compelling argument. Keep in mind that the past does not equal the future. Just because you have never made that much money in the past, is no reason why you cannot earn it now. After all, there was a time in your life when you had not ever earned any money at all, and that did not prevent you from eventually earning more.

Once you realize that your limiting belief is without merit, then you can replace it with something positive and empowering that’s based in reality, that’s compelling, and that makes perfect sense. Something like this:

“I’m creative, resourceful, and immersed in a universe that’s clearly overflowing with abundance. I’ve spent my whole life creating the things I’ve chosen to create. In the very same way I chose to naturally and effectively and creatively increase my income.”

Repeat that to yourself often, so that it becomes lodged in your subconscious, supporting and encouraging you, and pushing you ever forward with positive determination and expectation. Replace those old, comfortable limiting beliefs with new empowering ones and set yourself free to achieve without limit.
