Texts to be Brave & Trust

Most of the time, when I post scripture, I am doing so from my personal readings. This time there are scriptures mixed in from years past, and scriptures that people have given to me over the course of the last couple weeks.

if there are a couple words that are resonating with me right now, they are the words courage and trust. I need courage to face the day, each day at this time.

I also need to revisit the word trust. What am I trusting in? Who am I trusting in? Ultimately, can I trust God to get me through this time? It’s an honest question, but He has got me through dire circumstances before.

Somehow I think He will get me through now, and these scriptures seem to speak to that.

The Lord your God will change your heart and the hearts of all your descendants, so that you will love him with all your heart and soul and so you may live!
Deuteronomy 30.6

Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you.
Deuteronomy 31.8
