Catholic Writers Conference registration is still open, and the schedule of events for the conference is here. As you can see, it’s pretty much a wonderland of Catholic writing fun. I love this conference, and recommend it to anyone interested in writing who is able to attend. Yet more details, including information on pitch sessions, can be found at the conference main page.
I will not be in Chicago, see “recent illness”, but my publisher will be. So you can get all the little purple books you want, and place orders for the Spanish edition as well.

Meanwhile, down south, here’s the line-up of Catholic Writers Guild authors who will be available to sign books and chat with readers next week at the Midlands Homeschool Convention:
Michelle Buckman – Thursday 2pm – 9pm, and tentatively Friday 9am – Noon, but that’s TBD.
Deanna Klingel – Thursday 3pm – 7pm, Friday 9am – 7pm, Saturday 9am – 4pm.
Christian LeBlanc – Saturday 9:30am – 4pm
Fr. Jeffrey Kirby – Saturday 3pm – 5pm
And that means I’m holding down the CWG booth Friday evening, but I’ll be in and out the whole event, so just leave a note on the dry-erase board at the booth if you want to meet up. Or catch me after a talk, looks like I’m speaking 4:30 – 5:30 on Friday and 1:30 – 2:30 on Saturday. Should be fun. See you there!
