Remember when Kathy Griffin posed with a fake severed, bloody head of Donald Trump as a “joke?” Well, apparently, Barron Trump saw the photograph on televisin and — shock! — was disturbed by it. Most of America was too, but — since he’s a kid and since the photo purported to show the remnants of his father’s decapitation — it must have been really hard.
Then, former Jeopardy champion Ken Jennings decided to get in on the cultural conversation. Even though almost everyone — including Chelsea Clinton — condemned Griffin, Jennings posted this to his Twitter account:
Barron Trump saw a very long necktie on a heap of expired deli meat in a dumpster. He thought it was his dad & his little heart is breaking

Seriously? Immediately, people responded negatively to this incredibly stupid tweet but the “genius” doubled down:
I guess when you get used to the bright spotlight of Alex Trebek’s attention, you’ll do anything to remain in the spotlight.
I think this sums up the rest of the country’s response to Jennings:
It takes a real man to pick on an 11 year old. Yet another low from the left, but they will rationalize this away with their usual excuses. https://t.co/JDF3VsVEJ1

You’re 15 minutes is up, Ken. Move along.
