Clemson Professor Posts ‘All Republicans are Racist Scum’ on Facebook, Regrets It

It’s so fashionable to call people with whom you disagree racists.  In fact, unfounded accusations by weirdo lunatics on social media have gotten so common that some pundits and media personalities expect to be called racist a few times before lunch.

It’s one thing to get mean tweets by anonymous strangers, but it’s a totally different thing to be accused of racism by a university professor.  Assistant Professor of Human-Centered Computing Bart Knijnenburg recently got on Facebook and called all conservatives racist scum.  Right there, out in the open. “All trump supporters, nay, all Republicans, are racist scum,”  he wrote according to Campus Reform.  Forgive me, but I love that he added, “nay.”

He also posted this to Facebook:

“This society is aggressively structured to make cis white males succeed, at the expense of minorities,” Knijnenburg continued, though he didn’t stop there. In another post, Knijnenburg equates President Donald Trump, Trump voters, the GOP, and Steve Bannon to “Nazis,” the “KKK,” and the “Alt-right,” declaring that they are “all racists.”

Additionally, Knijnenburg explicitly endorses violence in one post, stating, “I admire anyone who stands up against white supremacy. Violent or non-violent. This needs to stop, by any means necessary. #PunchNazis” …

In a shared photo from a page titled, “Crapitalism,” President Trump is quoted as saying, “George Washington was a slave owner… Are we gonna take down statues to George Washington? How about Thomas Jefferson?” The meme concludes, “You’re g*dd**n right,” while Knijnenburg captioned the photo, “What I was thinking, too.”

Apparently, he thought better of the post, because the content is no longer available.  The above information was garnered because someone thought to take a screen shot.  None of this is surprising at all.  If you’ve been reading this blog, you’ve been reading about the rise of what I’ve been calling the new Democratic fascists.  As much as I write about it, however, it never fails to strike me.  Our academic institutions used to be the place where people could learn new things and challenge old ideas.

Now, it’s just an echo chamber for the left.  Nay, for the radical left.

This guy should not be teaching young adults.  He’s a stark raving mad, violent lunatic, full of hate and rage against everyone who doesn’t think just like him.  He needs to be in serious therapy… not in front of impressionable young minds.
