Reminds me of a favorite Allied Marching Song and taunt from WWII:

And Dr. Goebbels has no balls at all!
The deuill, the prowde spirit, cannot endure to be mock’d. – Thomas More. Something similar obtains with tyrants. That’s why one of the pleasures of being a free people is the freedom to make fun of powerful and brutal men.
