I’m hoping you might be able to help me find some information.

A couple months ago, perhaps as early as July 2009, I read a brief article about a US Bishop who elaborated on 4 or 5 principles. These principles were related to either an increase in Church attendance or vocations, or perhaps both. Unfortunately, I only remember reading them and being amazed that someone else was thinking the same thing I did. What struck me was that his first point was a dire need for an increased reverence to the Eucharist. I don’t know who the bishop was or where he’s from. Worse, I don’t remember when nor where I read this.

The other reason why I’m seeking your help for this bizarre request is because I got the link to the article from either newadvent.org, Whispers in the Loggia, or the American Papist. I’m using a Mac, and those three pages are on my top sites page (if you’re familiar with a mac). I also know that it’s not possible to have seen the article before the middle of July 2009 because I didn’t have this computer.

Do you have any suggestions? I’ve already spent hours going through the archives of Whispers and the American Papist and doing google searches.

I haven’t a clue. Anybody? Bueller?
