It’s all done in a funnee dialog between God (cleverly portrayed as an old guy pacing around heaven and feeling frustrated with humans) and Gabriel (who is, and I’m holding my sides to keep them from splitting with laughter, a harried middle management bureaucrat!) Ah! What a novel conceit! Boy! As a stupid Christian, I never saw *that* one coming! I have to rethink my entire structure of belief now! Religion is bad and should be abolished, eh?…. Hmmmm… Interesting. I’ve never thought of that before. I wonder if anybody has ever tried that and how it worked out for them?
