I don’t speak Stock Marketese, but did France and Germany just take the first step to dissolving the EU?
They didn’t say as much. But it seems they are basically wanting to establish rules that can only be met by 2 European countries — France and Germany. Did they just tell the rest of Europe to take a hike?

Beats me. But if Roosevelt can ally with Stalin, anything is possible. Nations do not have friends. They have interests.
