I read your blog pretty regularly (occasionally commenting as jalazar88 or Man of La Mancha), and I was wondering if you could do me a favor. . .namely, consider posting this on your blog. If you’re Dark Lordship is whimsical enough to post it, you can do it under my real name, Sean Stiennon.
I’m a youngish Catholic writer seeking freelance work. My background is in History (mostly medieval) and fiction (also mostly medieval), and I hold a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. I have about three years of work experience, and can produce professional references and work samples on request. My profile on LinkedIn has some additional information for interested parties.
I’m ready and willing to do copy-editing, editorial criticism, copy-writing, proofing, and other such tasks. I blog regularly for the fantasy magazine Black Gate (www.blackgate.com), and I recently helped edit and revise THE WHITE STATUE by Quinn Pendrey. I’ve also published fiction of my own. In particular, if any Catholic novelists, fictioneers, essayists, or other wordy types are looking for help polishing and preparing their work for publication, I am very likely the man for the job. My rates are negotiable, and I’m eager to discuss projects with interested parties. Contact me at [email protected].
Hey you literary types! If you need an editor, Sean’s your guy!
