I’m helping a friend of mine publicize a book he’s published. I think you’d love him. He’s a philosopher from Spain who married a woman from Pittsburgh and retired here. His name is Francisco Garcia-Julve. He’s something of a polymath, with doctoral degrees in philosophy and the hard sciences. He’s also a devout Catholic who hopes to engage the culture and pose provocative questions about God, free will, secularity, right and wrong, etc. He does it in the form of aphorisms (a la Pascal and Nietzsche), and his first book in English is a collection titled Sense Nonsense.
Sounds cool to me! If you are interested in getting the book from Amazon, you can do so here!
