From the Annals of Chutzpah June 25, 2012

John “Crushing a Child’s Testicle is Not Necessarily Wrong When the President Orders it” Yoo complains that Obama is only murdering people but not torturing them. In addition, to shamelessly invoking St. Thomas with brazen chutzpah and lyingly claiming that just war doctrine is about broadening, not limiting war, he also repeats the bald-faced and self-serving GOP lie that torture helped get Osama, when in fact it hindered our search for him. Of course, the link documenting this is only written by an actual interrogator and not some disgusting political functionary covering his derriere, so you can’t trust it. John Yoo is an honorable public servant. Matthew Alexander is just a soldier who put his ass on the line and maintained his honor in the face of stupid and criminal policies ordered by stupid and criminal draft-dodging pols.

And just think, men every bit as odious as Yoo will be back in the White House next January, ready to use the new powers for infinite detainment and murder of citizens without trial our Ruling Classes have granted themselves and our God King has assiduously cultivated.

Cassel: If the President deems that he’s got to torture somebody, including by crushing the testicles of the person’s child, there is no law that can stop him?
Yoo: No treaty.
Cassel: Also no law by Congress. That is what you wrote in the August 2002 memo.
Yoo: I think it depends on why the President thinks he needs to do that.

Funniest part: The “Faithful Conservative Catholics” who defended creeps like this and arguments like theirs when it was the Bushies making them have railed for nearly four years about them damn libruls and their dictatorship of relativism.
