Special prayers for our son and his Green Beret brothers. He called on Monday from an undisclosed location to ask for prayers because they are headed out on a particularly dangerous mission this week. To God be the glory, and may the troops please accomplish their objectives without bloodshed.
Father, hear our prayer for their protection from all harm and sin in body, soul, and spirit through Jesus Christ our Lord. Mother Mary and St. Michael, pray for them.
A reader writes:
I am headed to Gonzaga with 17 youth for Steubenville NW at 4:30 AM tomorrow through Sunday evening. Holy Spirit, move in power upon these dear young people, and keep us all safe on the road, at Silverwood, and at the conference. Please anoint our speakers, and bring our teens home to good spiritual support so as to proclaim Your Good News with power and strength!
Father, hear our prayer through your Son Jesus Christ. Mary, Seat of Wisdom, pray for them!
