Prayer Requests and a chance to do a work of mercy 2014-12-29T22:54:03-07:00

A reader writes:

Prayer requested for a young couple with three children struggling with major marital problems that are now heading for divorce. Please pray for reconciliation, healing, forgiveness, and conversion – for their sake as well as for their children’s.

Father, hear our prayer for the healing of this family. Grant that they may have reconciliation, healing, forgiveness and conversion through our Lord Jesus Christ. Mother Mary and St. Joseph, pray for them. Amen!

Another reader writes:

A fellow blogger, Dwija Borobia of House Unseen, Life Unscripted, is in the midst of a very high-risk pregnancy. She writes about it on her blog (http://www.houseunseen.com/2013/06/pprom-nuts-and-bolts-and-ranting.html). Basically, due to several factors, she has been leaking amniotic fluid and the baby at last read was doing well, but developing in low-to-no fluid. I hear St. Gianna’s the go-to-gal for her!

However, her latest development whilst on bed rest is a nightmare laundry room. I’m hearing leaks, potential rodents and no dryer. Though line drying is the bees knees, in a Michigan summer with storms a-brewing, it is no walk in the park for her or her family. Cari over at Clan Donaldson (http://www.clan-donaldson.com/2013/06/operation-laundry-room-fundraiser-for.html) is pulling together a fundraiser to makeover their laundry room…or at least get the basics going (as in no rodents and no leaks…and possibly a dryer)

I was hoping you might get your readers to at least pray for her, if not participate in the fundraiser to fix up their laundry room. Just a little “luxury” at a time like this might not be such a bad thing.

Thank you so much for all you do, and God bless you!

Father, hear our prayer for a safe and healthy delivery and for provision for this family’s needs.  Give grace, skill, understanding, wisdom and knowledge to her caregivers and grace, peace, faith, hope, and love to all who love them.  We ask this through Christ our Lord.  Mother Mary and St. Gianna, pray for them.
